At uGraphix, we are committed to providing high-quality digital solutions, including website and mobile app development. Since we offer services rather than physical products, our refund policy is structured to reflect the nature of our work.

No Refunds on Completed Services

Once a service has been fully delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be issued. We ensure that all projects are executed with client approval at various stages to maintain transparency and satisfaction.

Refunds for Canceled Projects

If a client chooses to cancel a project before work has started, they may be eligible for a full refund. However, if work has already begun, a partial refund may be granted based on the stage of project completion and the resources already utilized.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will only be credited to the original payment source within 7-10 day if they meet the following conditions:

No Refunds on Custom Work

Due to the nature of customized digital services, such as bespoke website and mobile app development, refunds will not be provided once a significant portion of the work has been completed.

Revisions and Modifications

We strive to ensure client satisfaction and offer reasonable revisions based on the scope of work agreed upon in the initial contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Payment Disputes

If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without following the refund request process, uGraphix reserves the right to take legal action to recover costs incurred.
